Monitoring Moose with Drones & Kitigan Zibi

“It’s going to take all of us working together to bring back these moose populations.” When the Algonquin Nation noticed a decline of moose in their territory, they had Guardians conduct aerial surveys to assess the health of the population. Thanks to that work, the data is now informing provincial policy on how to ensure the longterm health of the moose.
